No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the course has been delivered. When you purchase a course from StudyCheapCourses, you receive immediate access to digital content that cannot be "returned." To protect both our customers and our business, we do not offer refunds after course delivery.
When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You are entitled to a full refund in the following cases: (1) You completed payment but did not receive your course within 24 hours of payment confirmation. (2) The course delivered is significantly different from what was described on the product page. (3) A duplicate payment was charged for the same order. In these cases, contact us on Telegram immediately and we will resolve it.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the conditions above, contact us on Telegram with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 24 hours. Refund requests submitted more than 48 hours after purchase will not be considered.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank. Crypto refunds are sent to the same wallet used for payment.
